Lecture event with CBH Rechtsanwälte in the context of prefabricated building units

Yesterday, the CBI together with CBH Rechtsanwälte invited to a lecture event on the topics of building law, building regulations and public procurement law in prefabricated building construction. The event took place in the Hotel Pullman above the roofs of Cologne with a beautiful view of the Cologne Cathedral and was a great success.

First, our managing director Dr.-Ing. Carl Richter welcomed all participants and presented the day’s schedule. This was followed by interesting presentations by Dr. Carolin Dahmen, Mr. René Scheurell and Andreas Haupt on topics in the context of prefabricated building construction. The law firm CBH Rechtsanwälte has been active in the field of construction & real estate for many years and was able to clarify important contexts in construction, building regulations and public procurement law to the participants by means of various practical examples.
