Meeting design features for prefabricated building units type 2 and type 3

On 02.12 and 03.12, the CBI again invited to one digital meeting each on the design features for prefabricated building units type 2 and type 3. The purpose of these meetings was to finalize the design features documents. From the consortia, our members Algeco, ALHO, AMTRA, BFT Cognos, Bolle, Cadolto, ELA, Kleusberg, ProContain and Zeppelin Rental participated.

The consortia worked together in several sessions to develop the documents on design features for fire protection requirements for components and connections of type 2 and type 3 room cells. While the design features for type 2 room cells could be finalized, a new meeting on type 3 room cells will take place next week so that the document can also be finalized. With the finalization of the documents, another important step in this project has been taken. This means that the documents can then be sent to PÜZ bodies for review.

In addition, the performance of own fire tests was discussed for type 2.

We would like to thank the members of the consortia for the constructive exchange and great cooperation. The next meeting to finalize the document for room cells type 3 will take place on 14.12.
