Annual Congress Modulares Bauen der Zukunft

On 20 October 2022, Dr Carl Richter was a guest at the annual congress Modulares Bauen der Zukunft of Heuer Dialog GmbH in Nürnberg.

Here he was allowed to give a lecture on the topic of “Prefabricated Building”. The focus of his talk was “Aachen – hotspot for prefabricated building construction”. A speed dating session and plenty of time for networking rounded off this topic area.

Other topics on the day were “Flexibility is King for all Uses”, “More Housing with Prefabricated Construction” and “Circular Economy and Sustainability”.
