Consortium Meeting Type 2 and Type 3

Yesterday, another digital consortium meeting on Type 2 and Type 3 of prefabricated buildings took place. Dr.-Ing. Carl Richter (Managing Director of the CBI) welcomed our members ALGECO, ALHO, AMTRA, BFT Cognos, BOLLE, cadolto, ELA Container, KLEUSBERG, ProContain and ZEPPELIN Rental. Our new member Container Modul Systeme (CMS) was there for the first time. In addition, the Institute of Steel Construction at RWTH Aachen University participated from the scientific side.

In terms of content, the first topic discussed at this meeting was the current status of the research project on fire tests in prefabricated building construction. The test specimen for the first fire test with the corresponding measuring point arrangement on 11 October 22 was presented. All members were once again cordially invited to this meeting.

In the further course, the meeting dealt with the further possible procedure and elaboration of the guideline. The first successes have already been achieved here and the support of Minister Scharrenbach of the Ministry for regional identity, communities and localgovernment, building and gender equality of the land of North Rhine-Westphalia (MHKBG) has been promised.
